Mag ik mijn oude mazouttank nog vervangen door een nieuwe?
Ja. In bestaande gebouwen is het perfect toegelaten om een afgekeurde of verouderde mazouttank te vervangen door een nieuwe. De beperkingen rond stookolieketels hebben geen invloed op de vervanging van mazouttanks.
Waarop moet ik letten bij de aankoop van een nieuwe mazouttank?
Belangrijke aandachtspunten zijn: materiaal (kunststof of staal), wettelijke conformiteit (Vlarem), dubbelwandige veiligheid, capaciteit in functie van uw verbruik, UV-bestendigheid bij buitenplaatsing en de toegankelijkheid voor levering.
Hoe groot moet mijn mazouttank zijn voor mijn woning?
Voor een standaardwoning kiest men meestal een tank tussen 1.000 en 2.500 liter. Voor grotere woningen of klanten die in grotere volumes stookolie aankopen, zijn volumes van 3.000 tot 5.000 liter aangewezen.
Mag ik mijn resterende mazout laten overhevelen naar mijn nieuwe tank?
Ja, dat kan. Bij aankoop van een nieuwe mazouttank gebruikt u gratis onze pomp (mits waarborg) om de resterende mazout over te pompen. Komt de nieuwe tank op dezelfde plek als de oude? Dan huurt u een tijdelijke opslagtank. Lees de volledige gids over mazout overpompen.
